Is this consulting, or do you actually build?

Both - and in that order. We map the operation first, then design and build the system ourselves. The thinking and the building come from the same squad, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.

What if AI isn't the right tool for us?

Then we'll tell you. We start from the operation, not the technology. If the answer is a simpler system or no AI at all, that's the recommendation you'll get.

How long does the operational analysis take?

Typically two weeks to a complete operational map for a mid-sized business - workflows, decision points and where value leaks - before any build work is proposed.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. You own the system, the code and the architecture outright. No lock-in, no per-seat hostage-taking - it's yours to run and evolve.
