Solutions we can build again.
Each blueprint is a solution we have designed and built, described in full: what it does, what it includes, what it leaves out, and how it is put together. Start from one and we adapt it to how your operation works.
Where these solutions already run
Each solution was built for a real operation and adapted since. Find your industry, or start from the area of the business that hurts.

Device fulfilment
serialised devices from order file to invoiced parcel
An order file arrives from the ordering client; devices leave as personalised, packed, labelled, shipped, tracked and invoiced parcels; every step in between is a recorded state that can be audited and, when needed, undone. The platform runs the operator’s back office and warehouse work to get from the first to the second. The ordering client follows its parcels, corrects addresses and handles undeliverable parcels in its own portal. The operator’s staff work from screens that show the next task and nothing else. The invoice for the service is computed from the same records as the operation.

Managed Hosting
running a delivered application in production
The application we delivered keeps running in production, with backups whose restore is demonstrated at activation, monitoring that raises an alert before the client does, and a signed data processing agreement. Operating the application stays separate from building it.

Marketing asset distribution
campaign files, ready for the network
A dealer finds the current logo in one search; an agency takes a campaign’s files as one kit; the central team sees who took what. One controlled place where a marketing team releases approved campaign material, and where dealers, agencies and other authorised partners find, preview, collect, download and share the right files. Campaign dates, packaged kits and automatic archiving keep current material easy to use without erasing the history the central team may still need.

Production fulfilment
barcode checks from order to pack
A shop-floor platform that turns production orders into a guided sequence of workstation checks, document controls and packing confirmation. Operators see the next valid action, supervisors can see delays and exceptions, and each order reaches a controlled ready-for-handoff state only after its required production steps have been completed.

Quote-to-order portal
from request to paid order, in one place
A quote is built from prices that already exist, a job’s status is read off a board instead of asked for on the phone, and margin is visible while the job is still open — not at month end. The portal holds the whole path from a customer request to delivery and payment status in one place: the customer sends requests, approves quotes and artwork and follows their own orders; the team moves the job through numbered, stated, approved steps, each with a history. It replaces the spreadsheet, e-mail and phone routine of any supplier that quotes made-to-order work.

University website
one public site, many faculties, one admissions season
Each faculty publishes its own pages, the admissions office publishes its own season, and nobody waits for the web team. One public website for an entire university — the institution, every faculty, every research centre, the senate, the alumni community and the admissions campaign — where the people who own the content maintain their own part of it without going through IT, and where a prospective student can find a study programme, read the admission rules for it, and leave their details in the same visit.

The same ground rules for every blueprint
Configuration vs. custom development
A blueprint is a proven structure, not an inflexible off-the-shelf product. We start from a repeatable workflow and a set of reusable components, then configure them around the client’s terminology, roles, approval rules, systems and data.
Read more →Delivery approach
Every blueprint is delivered through the same five-stage engagement. Blueprints reference this document instead of restating it.
Read more →Security baseline
This is what every blueprint answers by default. A blueprint references this document and adds only what is specific to it.
